Return and Exchange Policy

At Falcon Lights - Global Home we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and quality. If you need to return or exchange any item, we’re here to help! Please review our policy below for details:


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Please use the returns portal to proceed with your return.

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 5 Days of purchase.
  • Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, screws and accessories etc. included.
  • Purchase bill is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Customized product or special-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items marked as “final sale.” non-refundable.
  • Opened or installed light fixtures.
  • Customized Lights.
  • Double Heighted Chandeliers.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. We encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon arrival. For packages damaged during shipping, we recommend taking photos and refusing delivery. If the damage is noticed after delivery, most shipping companies allow only 2 business days to make a claim for the damage.
  2. Please make a small movie of un boxing after receiving your product for reference.
  3. Provide photos of the damage or defected parts, along with your order details.
  4. Company will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost for you.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
  • Decorative Lights and Chandeliers are only exchangeable and no refund will be issued.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • For in-store returns: Visit our store.
  • For online purchases: Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Use a trackable shipping method and include your order details in the package.
